Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the relationship between Inmaison and anyone browsing or buying on inmaison.com. Placing an order means you accept them in full.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Inmaison and any person (the “Customer”) making a purchase or browsing this site. Information about the business operating this site is available on our Legal Notice page.

2. Acceptance

Placing an order on this site means you accept these Terms in full.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any taxes or duties that apply to your order are calculated and displayed before you complete checkout. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

4. Products

We work to describe every product accurately, including specifications, dimensions and what is included in the box. Product images are illustrative, and packaging or minor design details may vary. Where an item is supplied as a bare tool or requires a separate battery, charger or accessory, this is stated on the product page.

5. Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error is evident, or where there is an unresolved payment dispute on a previous order. If we cancel a paid order, you are refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered on the site. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery destinations, timeframes and costs.

8. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. See our Return and Refund Policy for conditions and the return process.

9. Liability

Inmaison is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of a purchased product, from force majeure, or from the actions of a third party such as a carrier or payment provider. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order concerned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Complaints and customer service

For any question, complaint or dispute about an order, please contact customer service first at support@inmaison.com so we can resolve it directly.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images and logos — is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

Inmaison is established in France, and these Terms are governed by French law. Nothing in this section removes or limits the mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your own country or state of residence. Customers resident in the European Union may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
