1. About these terms
These terms of sale apply to all sales made on this website to customers in the United Kingdom between RAPIDEWAVE LIMITED, trading as Inmaison ("we", "us"), whose details are set out in our Legal information, and any individual buying as a consumer ("you"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Products
Our products are described as accurately as possible on their product pages. Photos are for illustration. Offers are subject to availability.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.
4. Ordering
You choose your products, add them to your cart, enter your delivery details, choose a delivery method and pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and we send you an order confirmation email.
5. Payment
Payment is taken when you order, using the methods shown at checkout (card and other methods displayed). Payments are secured by our payment providers; we never have access to your card details.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address you give us. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Delivery policy and at checkout. Unless another date is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If we don't, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.
7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason.
To cancel, tell us clearly by email at support@inmaison.com, or use the form below. You must send the product back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning the product.
We will refund everything you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait until we receive the product back or you show proof of sending it. We refund using the same payment method you used to order.

8. Your statutory rights
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your product is faulty, you may be entitled to reject it and get a refund within 30 days of delivery, or to a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund after that. 9. Use of products
Please use the products according to their manual and the precautions on the packaging and product page. If you have any doubt about your pet's health, consult a vet before use.

We process the data collected when you order in line with our Privacy policy.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protection law of where you live still applies.
