Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Late or missing parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated time, email us at support@inmaison.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away. If we can't deliver within a reasonable extra period, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us: we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
